You've tried fitness programmes before so why is this different?
You've tried programmes before. Some of them probably worked, for a while. The problem was never that you couldn't do it.
The problem was that nothing was built specifically for you, for this stage of life, for a body that's changing in ways generic fitness plans don't account for. So when things got busy, the plan fell apart, and you were left feeling like you'd failed again.
Edwina has spent years working exclusively with women over 40, she's supported hundreds to become their fittest, strongest selves, and she knows exactly where those generic plans go wrong.
That's not on you. That's a design problem.
Hear it from my clients
"What if I've never lifted before?"
You'll be shown what to do and why, step-by-step from the very first session.
"What if I'm too old to start now?"
There's no age where building strength stops working. Some of the biggest transformations happen for women starting in their 50s and 60s.
"What if I fail again?"
This isn't six weeks of content dropped on you at once. It's one week at a time, so you're never further ahead than you're ready for.
What's included in The Beginner Programme
6 Weeks of Workouts
Six weeks, two workouts a week, each one building on the last.
Complete two workouts, then the following week unlocks, so you always know exactly what's coming next.
Weekly Email Support
Showing up for your workouts is only half of it, building the habit is the rest.
Complete your sessions each week, and you'll get an email from me walking you through my signature 5s framework.
Nutrition Guide
Good nutrition speeds up your results, but knowing where to start can feel overwhelming. This guide gives you everything you need to support your training, without overhauling your whole diet

Your Personal Trainer
Edwina Jenner is a personal trainer who has spent years helping women over 40 build strength, many for the first time.
She started lifting weights herself at 40, with a personal trainer she saw twice a week in the gym. That guidance made all the difference as she learned to lift properly and safely, with someone actually watching her form. It's also what led her to qualify as a PT herself.
But she knows not every woman has that kind of access. Gyms can be expensive, far from home, or just not somewhere many women feel comfortable.
So she built this programme to bring that same level of guidance to you, wherever you are, without the cost, the commute, or the gym floor.
