I help women in mid-life make sense of their lives, and relationships in order to define what’s next for them.
My holistic approach will give you clarity, direction, and positive support.
I help clients fill the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be. By identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, and holding accountability, my clients reach their highest goals.
As an ICF qualified coach, I use a mixture of psycho education, coaching techniques and self-development tools to bring insight into what motivates you, where your blind spots are, and a concrete plan to move you forward. Additionally, my background in fitness gives me the skills to work out a training and nutrition plan that is bespoke to you. Combined, my qualifications and experience give me the ability to be a powerful coach and mentor for women, particularly in the menopause when so much of your life is at a crossroads, physically and emotionally.
