What do I need to get started?All you need to start with is a mat and a set of dumbbells. If this is your first time lifting weights or you've had a long break, start with a set of 2kg and 4kg dumbbells. You must start gradually and build up your strength so you gain confidence in your form and the movements. This is the safest way to begin, prevent any injuries, and build up consistency. If you are familar with strength training and have been training for a while, I would suggest progressing to a set of 5kg or 6kg dumbbells. You will find that you use heavier dumbbells for lower body work than upper body work. You can always check with Edwina for guidance and advice about your weights.

What's included in the membership?The 8-Week Beginner Series - this is the perfect place to start if you're new to strength training or returning after a long break. You then have 12, 10, 8, and 6-week on-demand challenges. New challenges are launched throughout the year. When challenges are live, four new workouts are uploaded each Saturday to be completed the following week. There is a library filled with on-demand classes, including full-body workouts and more targeted muscle group workouts, such as glutes, upper body, cardio, and core. These Express workouts are perfect if you are short on time or just lacking the energy for a longer workout but want to keep momentum and consistency. This library of workouts is growing along with the challenges. The 10-minute Express fully body series The 15-minute Express upper body series The 15-minute Express full body series The 5-day body Sculpt series The 4-week advanced Level Up Series -This is if you feel confident with training as there is not as much instruction given and you are encouraged to use heavier dumbbells.

How long are the workout sessions?Each workout session is 30 minutes long, which includes a brief 2-minute warm-up, so your actual workout time is 28 minutes. I also offer shorter express workouts, which are 10 and 15 minutes long. The library is continually expanding.

Do you offer alternative exercises and modifications?Yes, I always try to cater for all fitness levels.

Are the classes live?No, the classes are not live; they are all recorded and available on demand at your convenience. When I am doing a live challenge, such as a 6 or 8-week challenge, you will see that the first week is uploaded, and then 4 new workouts are added every Saturday until the workout is completed. Some women like to train this way and keep pace with the programme, while others prefer to choose from various challenges and work through them in a way that suits them.

Can I pause my membership and come back?Yes, that's no problem. Just drop me an email, and I can do this for you.

Is there an app?Yes, I also run my program through the Wix Spaces app. You have the choice to use this or access the website, or both. You will be given instructions on how to join once your membership is activated. You will access to all the same workouts on both platforms.

I don't live in the UK. Can I still join?Absolutely, I have members from all over the world in my fantastic community, and since all classes are recorded, you can join at any time from anywhere. This means you can also take me on holidays.😀

How much is it to join?The monthly fee is £35.00. This gives you full access to all the workouts.

How much is it in USD or another currency?The membership fee is always £35 per month, which your bank will convert into your local currency. It does depend on the exchange rate as the bank does the conversion so today it's $44 per month.

Can I cancel anytime?Yes, you can cancel your membership from within your My Account page. You can also email me directly. There is no minimum term. The subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled; however, you can cancel at any time.
