For over a decade, I’ve been helping women in their 40s, 50s and 60s discover just how strong and capable they really are.
At 49, I know firsthand how midlife can shake your confidence, with energy dips, hormonal changes, and the feeling that exercise is harder than it used to be. But I also know the incredible transformation that happens when women commit to strength training.
