What you will need

This is a resistance training program, so you will be using weights at home or the gym.  Both the HOME and GYM training plans are the same. You're simply using different equipment to make it accessible no matter where you're training.

Home equipment

If you're training from home, this is the plan for you.  You will need:

  • A yoga mat

  • Resistance bands

  • Ankle weights

  • 3 x sets of dumbbells

Gym equipment

If you're training at the gym, this is the plan for you.  You will need:

  • Barbell and plates

  • Gym machines

  • Dumbbells

  • Resistance bands

  • Ankle weight
